Blood Bank of Delmarva seeks a volunteer to help assist staff by giving full attention to the donors making them feel comfortable and have a friendly face as they donate. Ensures even better customer service to donors as they donate. In addition, assist staff as you restock supplies, move items, and clean donation bed after donors leave enabling staff to concentrate on donors.
Lori’s Hands seeks volunteers to join its Ambassador Council. The Lori’s Hands Ambassador Council is a group of individuals who are committed to supporting community members living with chronic illness and preparing undergraduate students for careers in healthcare through Lori’s Hands’ innovative community health service learning model. Literacy Delaware offers targeted instruction to adults with low literacy and English language skills throughout the state. We provide training and ongoing support to tutors. Tutors and leaners meet at mutually convenient times and in mutually convenient locations, one to one or in small groups. ALL TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION IS CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY AT THIS TIME.
