Summary: As a BBD ambassador, you share educational information with the community so the importance of blood donations is understood. We want people to know more about the blood donor to recipient process and regional need so they understand the urgency of donating.
Requirements: 18 years old or more, friendly, good with people, like to talk with and listen to people, want to make a difference in the world
Job Description: As an ambassador, you share educational information with the community so the importance of blood donations is understood. We want people to know more about the blood donor to recipient process and regional need so they understand the urgency of donating. You will interact with people in a positive way, by initiating conversation with people, answering questions, sharing information, gathering potential donor contact information, and encouraging people to sign up to be called to schedule a donation. Schedule is flexible. You sign up for what you are able to do, when you can do it. Training given. Many of the times are evenings and weekends.
